We require the following documents to process the requests of our clients;

For Employers:
Approval Letter
Demand Letter
Power of Attorney
Authorization Letter
Visa Slip
Employment agreement Paper
Agreement between employer and recruitment agency

For Job Seekers/Applicants
Valid Passport
Passport Size photographs
Curriculum Vitae
Certificate of qualification and trainings
Citizenship Certificate
Medical Examination Certificate

The overseas Employers have to send the following documents to recruitment Agencies in Nepal as required by the Government of Nepal to obtain necessary approval from their respective authorities.

1.Demand Letter :
Stating all the details of salary and benefits of required categories and quantities, writing in the letter-head of the company with the sign and seal and then attest this document first from the “Chamber of Commerce & Industry of the concerned country” and the “ Nepalese Embassy.

2.Power of Attorney:
Authorization the agent in Nepal to act on employer’s behalf. Employer must have to prepare this document in company’s letter-head with the complete seal and signature and then attest this document first from the “Chamber of Commerce & Industry of the concerned country” and the “Nepalese Embassy”.

3.Service Agreement:
Briefing the terms and conditions applicable to both the parties. Employer must have to prepare this letter in Company’s letterhead with complete seal and signature and then attest this document first from the “Chamber
of Commerce & Industry of the concerned country” and the “Nepalese Embassy”.

4.Contract Agreement:
Job offer agreement for the candidate provided by the company showing salary and the other benefits including food, accommodation, transportation , leave facilities,medical facilities, insurance and air passage, etc. Employer
must have to prepare this letter in company’s letter head with complete seal and signature.

5.Guarantee Letter:
Providing the guarantee to the Ministry of Labor, Nepal stating that the requires workers shall be working as per the attested documents provided. Employer must have to prepare this letter in Company’s letter head with complete seal and signature.

6.Authority Letter / Consular Letter (required for demand of KSA only):
Authority provided to the Agent in Nepal to act on employer’s behalf in the country where the embassy is located. Employer must have to prepare this letter in company’s letterhead with complete seal and signature and then attest this document first from the the “Chamber of Commerce & Industry of the concerned country” ,Ministry of Foreign Affairs” and the “Nepalese Embassy”.
